I had this problem ages ago, I looked it up and it turned out to be a problem with AVG detecting it as a virus.

Here's one solution:


open AVG Anti virus, go to its Resident Shield thenin to Manage Exceptions and then Add Path simply add this path C:\Program Files\iTunes into it.
