i can barely do anything without obsessing on how tim or john is doing. every decision i make just doesn't feel right. i don't feel right. everything feels unreal. im worrying so much all the time. and i can't help but notice other people living there life selfishly while i've bent over backwards and more for people and nothing comes from it. is it bad to be assertive with your life? why am i such a pussy to complain on a support group?
