I'm currently applying for positions at a couple rental places but some things I've heard online make me a bit nervous. From what I've heard, Enterprise is by far the worst rental place to work for and although some people say it's as bad, the general consensus seems to be that Hertz (the company I'm most interested in) is much better. Some of the horror stories I've heard include: brutal hours that consume your entire life, being treated as an indentured servant, empty promises, etc. What do you think? Is the rental business that bad or is it the lesser of many evils compared to other jobs? Is Hertz better or are they all the same?
