Just got back from hanging out at a local bar with Colt Brennan. He's a 2nd/3rd string QB with the Redskins and is arguably the greatest college QB ever. Out of Hawaii, he's super chill. Guy's gonna be a star one day, guaranteed, he just has hella swag.

He's not going to be anything.

The only reason he was good is because of Hawaii's offense and the fact that they play in a shitty conference.

He's actually pretty humble. Also has skill.

Hawaii's offense is pass-happy, so count out pass yardage and TD passes. Look at pass efficiency and completion % though, when you throw up to 72 passes a game and still complete what, 72% of your throws against a defense who knows you'll pass, that's accuracy. He played in a crappy conference but also had same conference-level players, especially an offensive line which is huge for passing. If you look at his games against Big-10, Pac-10, even SEC (Alabama) games, his numbers didn't drop much at all.

Too bad the Redskins don't run a 5-wide.

He's not even close to the greatest college QB ever.  He never won a title, and had little competition.

He will not be a star any day.

What are you, anti-Tom Brady?

Redskins could use a different offense but I think he's adaptable. Greatest college QB is debatable. Records-wise, he's got a lot for himself. Little competition, yeah, but he was playing with a team who'd be considered little competition by many as well.

haha yeah I'm not lying. I've met him before a few times too. Super nice guy. Glad to hear someone rooting for Hawaii from SEC country but honestly, the team was better the year before that Sugar Bowl year. They just weren't polished or mature enough yet.

I am from SEC country, but I am a big 12 girl. My heart belongs to the longhorns, followed by any big 12 south team, followed by any big 12 north team, followed by the teams of my choosing.

I have watched hawaii for a while. I was impressed with them for several seasons in a row, but last year they didnt do so well. :/

Don't even get me started on last season haha. Hopefully they'll get better. I think they're in rebuilding mode right now...their young QBs look promising...not Colt, but there's hope haha.

Big-12's a good conference, lucky to be around all that. I'm a Pac-10 fan but grew up with Hawaii being my team.
