An ice cream isn't the end of the world sweetie. It's really not as bad as you think it is. Just take some time to think about it here, you only had 1 ice cream, that won't make a difference to your weight at all. Maybe if you had about 50 today it would but just 1 will make no difference. Sometimes it's okay to have bad food just as long as you don't have to much and you didn't so you have nothing to worry about. You do not fail at all, all you did was enjoy yourself by having an ice cream, how is that failing? If some one else did that would they fail? No, they wouldn't, so you don't either. Now take a deep breath and relax

Don't stress about it!!
1 ice cream does nothing to you. Its okay to enjoy these foods once in a while :) A lot of people would have ice cream every day and don't gain any weight. So don't worry :)
