yes, copy this into notepad, go to save as and save it as shutdown.bat (make sure that you dont save as a text file)
shutdown -r -t 3600 -c "The computer feels like shuting down now because it is emotionally insecure."

It is also very easy to do in Linux via the terminal, but I am guessing this is a Windows based topic.

Yeah.. I shut down my computer via command line all the time now.. It's so much easier to type "sudo shutdown +10"

Unix Commands > Windowws.
