IF THAT IS THE CASE, then why is yahoo/google and Microsoft agreeing on a search engine??
I read a story about this NOT TOO LONG AGO.

Because Microsoft is bailing out/taking over Yahoo? That was all over the news NOT TOO LONG AGO.
