I've been running and lifting pretty frequently since 8th grade. I'm now going to be a senior, and my calf muscles have gotten to be pretty ridiculous. I ride horses, and my english boots (they go up to my knee) don't fit anymore. I worry that if I keep doing what I've been doing, my x-high converse won't fit either.
Is it possible to tone DOWN calf muscles?
