What's the point? I mean.. who reads them anyway? I never read those. I never make those.
What I see as bulletins:
Dumb, pointless questionnaires/surveys
People adverstising "add me" websites
When people get new pics they go on a post a "comment ma picsss plzz!!!" bulletin.
"Talk to me, plzz I'm boreddd" bulletins too.
Never anything interesting..
