so i got laid off a few weeks ago. and now im about to become homeless. credit card is makxed out (i have insurance on it , theyd cover is since im unemployed, but it hasnt been 90 days...)
i wonder if i can convince the bank to give me a loan so i can get a place to live,

No. They wont. I'm sorry. But in all honesty they wont. No collateral. No job. And most likely you dont have a long perfect credit history. You wont be able to even get another credit card in your situation.
