In my street is a house that is getting renovations and I walk past it at least once a day to get to school or wherever. So there are always builders there and they usually wave or say hi. But this afternoon one guy yelled out, "Darl! Do you want a job?" I replied  "I'm right" and kept walking.

Do you think he was offering me an actual job or was it going to be something sexual?
I couldn't work it out.

He probably just wanted your help with something.

Like honestly I've been in that exact same situation with some guy fitting a door. He asked if I want a job, I went over, and he wanted me to help him with measurements like holding the tape and writing it down and shit.
