Well, in November of this year I will have had this friend for 2 years. We were friends first of all then eventually towards the end of the school year my freshman year (we met in the fall of this same year) she started being mean to me for no reason saying I was mean to her first so it was justified but I wasn't I was being mean back because of her offensive behavior. Then she starts talking to one of my guy friends and while she needed help from me she was nice to me again but when he dumped her once she screamed at me to get away from her. Then when he got back she was friends with me again. I recently went back and looked at our wall to wall and it seems like through our entire friendship I've been asking her to hang out halfheartedly and shes been rejecting me and has occasionally invited me places. One of my other guy friends was talking to her about friends tonight and he was going through her friends she didn't mention me... he described me and she goes thats exactly like... KYLE!!! (sorry for length) but I really do like her and care about her (as a friend im not gay). What should I do?

Forget her. Move on, stop talking to her. Leave it in the past, she obviously doesn't care about you at all and it's not worth it.

I think it sounds like you are putting more into this friendship that you are getting out of it and that really isn't fair. You need to talk to her about it and ask if she really values your friendship, and ask her to be a bit more considerate of your feelings.

It completely sounds like she is using you at her convenience and this is not fair on you, you need to either get her to make time for you or treat you as she treats her other friends, or really, just cut her out. Stop talking to her.

She may come running back to you if you do stop talking to her, but that would either give you the choice of giving her one last chance or moving on completely and having friends that treat you as an equal and as though you are worth it. Which you deserve, because you are. :-)
