If you kill yourself, no. Suicide is a sin, but if you are feeling suicidal and die of other causes, maybe. Depends on what you've done in life. The way you feel at the moment of your death doesn't direct you to Heaven or Hell.

Interesting you say this, after I read in an article yesterday, in the UK the Catholic church has recognised mental health as a cause of suicide, and that suicide should be looked at individually, while still a sin, the mental health is taken into play, because someone who is "mental" may not know they are committing a sin, because they aren't seen to be in the right mind.
