Yes but you may have to answer a lot of questions and quite possibly be drugged if they deem necessary.
You wouldn't get drugged unless you were extremely depressed to the point of delussions or psychosis (at which point they would possibly sedate you). If you're just feeling down and feel the need to be safe you will most likely just be put in a room and monitored by nurses.

If you want to go in i would think you may have to of Overdosed or something.. :/ DO NOT GO OVERDOSE THOUGH! its horrible. and makes you veryyyyyyyy ill.

Which is why I said you could 'possibly' be drugged IF they deem necessary. But if they think you are at risk to yourself they would sedate you, even if you just knock your head on the door and refuse to stop.
