tho i have a question. whats the point of having the racket heavier. or lighter??

if i'm more on the beginners side...with scrawny arms................................. should i go for a heavier or lighter racket?

The heavier racket can potentially make the ball go faster, but you'll also get more tired at a quicker rate. I'd start with the lighter racket until you get used to it.
