Incest is illegal in many areas; and a rape/sexual abuse hotline would likely help with anyone looking for legal or personal help with such an issue.

Much like with the keyword "rape", it's obviously not going to be applicable in all situations. Making a topic saying "I like rape porn" will link you to the hotlines. Doesn't mean that the site is suggesting you should call for help. It's just there for situations in which the incest was unwanted; or someone participating needs assistance.
