It would appear someone has accessed my email address and changed my password, as I cant remember my secret answer I'm pretty fucked, my email contained ALOT of personal data, passwords for various websites etc.

Anyway It was a strong password so I'm starting to worry about my current anti-virus/firewall/spyware protection and that a keylogger/something else might of made it through, especially considering I download alot of things I shouldn't...

Anyway can anyone recommend a virus scanner that is excellent and free/comes with a free trial just so I can make sure my computer is clean before I go through the tedious task of changing every password and email address on every site I'm a member of.

Im currently using Windows Firewall, Avira Antivirus and Windows Defender.

Thanks, I'm freaking out.

Start changing passwords NOW.
If something on the computer making a log of my passwords, changing will do no good, not unless I make sure there is absolutely nothing in my system then change the passwords.

Windows Live OneCare is a really good antivirus/antispyware program and comes with a three month trial.
