I don't find Britz to be too bad. She has said some inappropriate things but there are definately people on here who have done much worse.

That is one argument which I am afraid does not work. If there are people doing worse, report it. We are not going to say "Oh, Britz is not as bad as THIS person so we'll leave him" - THAT person, whoever it is, does not become the standard we judge by. If we did that for Britz we would have to do that for everybody. Watch LW fill up with bullsugar. Trolls: "Oh, they're not as bad as *, leave them" Advertisers: "oh they're not as bad as *, they'll be alright" UK noobs doing nothing but sending ASLs: "Oh, they're not really THAT bad, when you compare them to *! We'll leave them too"

It seems a little unfair to pick out just two members like that, but I think that it does need to be done. I'd like to see this happen more with the people who go about spamming serious topics with worthless crap.

I personally do not have a problem with what happened happening to me, I somewhat purposely allowed it to happen to prove a point.  And my point has been proven.  A few thousand points is a small sacrifice compared to what could be gained.

Things like this should happen more often; people who continuously cause trouble and are mean without providing any helpful advice should meet the same fate that Britz and I have.

It is obvious that a little warning isn't good enough; I remember a few months ago a certain member was harrassing another certain member (I will mention no names) all the time and all she got was a warning which did little to affect her behavior.  More serious measures like what happened here need to be implemented.

I would be tempted to lean towards yes, if it were posted in a topic where the person seriously needs help.  If someone asks a serious question, they should get a serious answer, and if meanness is going to be involved, the criticism should be constructive.
