That im to concerned with my healt and I work out to much. I dont think I do what do you guys think? I wake upi and eat then I go for a run its only a mile there and then a mile back of course. then i come home and hit the gym. I have dumbells at home so I use those. then My dad and I go to our gym and work out. we do a different set of excerses everyday. we do this until about 8 then I bike home which takes me an hour because it about 20 miles aways from home. then I shower go through the day and then I curl right before i go to bed. is that too much?
