So my period is a whole day and a half late, which is odd because I'm on the pill so it's basically like clockwork. There is absolutely zero chance that I'm pregnant, seriously. So what else could be going on?

Yeah, both stress and the sleeping thing. I haven't gotten more than 15 hours of sleep over the last two days, but I think I've got that figured out. So here's my next question, should I just wait for it, or start my next pack of pills as if I'd already had it?

My best guess would be to go on with your pills as normal. That's what you do when you spot and such
