That's most likely anorexia.

You'll be severely malnourished, very out of shape and unhealthy overall. Going to the gym is doing absolutely NOTHING if you're only eating one time a day.

If you're going to be anorexic, don't waste your money and time on a gym membership.

It's a form of anorexia, yes. You're not getting enough proteins, carbs, etc. So you're burning off way more than you take in, which is very dangerous.
If you're going to be working ou, you have to eat a regular diet.
