because often in wrecks a lot of pressure is put on the transmission (ie if you're hit head on and you're in a forward gear, fuck) also because it's pretty much impossible to test a transmission until it's in the car... try looking on integra fan forums, look for some guy who is suping his up including a new transmission and try to buy the one he pulled off him - the odds are it still works fine, he just probably needed a stronger one to handle the added power.
I know that, I'm on honda tech, team integra, club integra, everything daily looking for one but they get scooped up so quickly. I'm talking to a guy right now but he doesn't know if he has everything I need. I'm trying to do an auto to manual swap.

Glenn Beck is such a stupid motherfucker. Its ONLY while you are logged in. And yes, that is frightening, but its not a huge deal. At least they are owning up to it, not hiding it then giving the telecom companies immunity for doing it illegally(*Cough*Bush*Cough*) Furthermore, they go on to say that forever and always they have access to your machine, and have tracking cookies, and all this shit that can report back to them. Yeah, I think not. Any good antivirus program looks for patterns in software, not actual software, so it would still detect something like that. And in order for them to even have the framework for something like they described, they would need to actually install something. Which isnt happening with any user that actually has a brain, much less anyone who actually has something to hide. And that just proves that Beck (and his associated network) is just a fear mongering dumbass.

This sounds an awful lot like an internet version of that recording you get when you call a customer service number. I think all the site is really saying is that it records your activities while on the site.

Sorta, but not entirely. I forgot to mention the same thing is in ANY government system. And from what I have learned from many years on military bases and dealing with government financial and insurance systems, its mostly so they can bypass the real channels to go after you if you try to attack the site, or commit some sort of fraud. Basically they would use that to gather enough evidence (since you already consented to a search) to arrest and prosecute you. Its kind of like if you live in a college dorm. The college reserves the right to search you and all of your possessions while you are in the dorm, but they arent going to unless they have a reason. However, they still could, since they dont need a reason. But the second you leave (sign out in this case) they no longer have that right.
