Taxes?

Financial aid for school, lol.  It's just irritating because I have to get my dad to fill out his portion.

Eh, who cares.  Not that difficult.  Plus it's like a bonus check if you're impoverished.

It wouldn't be difficult if I didn't have to get all my parents info.  The money issue is not something to bring up with my dad, and filling out the form usually involves him getting irritated or started anothr conversation about how money and the like.  I'd sometimes get yelled at for asking him questions for it.

But this year should be easier... I'll just send him the link and he'll fill out his portion, and we'll do it like that.

Claim yourself as an independent, then you don't have to wait for your parents info.

I finished my FAFSA about 2 weeks ago.

I don't think I can.  At least not easily.. you need to be at least 24, or married or something like that.  I mean, I don't even live with them, I've filed my own taxes and stuff, but from what I know, I don't think I can fill Financial aid in as an independent.
