Legalize it. Tax it. And then legalize and tax prostitution. People who find it immoral or wrong don't have to do it, but at least it will give these 'industries' some rules and laws to keep that moderately safe, all while helping the economy.

alcohol alters the way your body functions, thus it is classified as a drug. why we mostly hear it seperated from that group, i'm not sure.
