I don't even...know. God, I'm not clinically depressed, never have been before, I've never FELT like this before but for the past few weeks I've kept coming back to thoughts of suicide and it scares me.

I need to talk to someone, for help. Are any of you SL's willing to PM me? I'm scared. I'd be really grateful. Thanks.

In terms of what's going on?  Your period is a bit unlikely when it's been spanning on for more than a week or so.  Your period can definitely play a role in enhancing this feeling though.

You may just be so stressed that 'giving up' just seems so easy.  Just to forget everything... and not have to worry anymore... when you're stressed, those thoughts come to mind.  You want to run away from your problems, but you know you can't... and you're afraid to face them head on.  And it does get scary.

This may pass with time, you may in fact be depressed.  Depending on your age, your hormonal changes can easily play a role in this.  And more frustrating than anything?  You feel like shit, and you can't even pinpoint an exact reason ~why~.  You have ideas as to what can cause this pain... but you can't understand why it affects you so much... and you start to get frustrated... at least that's what I found.

Either way, feel free to give me a PM.  Venting out might help.  If you don't want to, that's fine as well... no pressure :).  Best of luck :)

 But we often think of things that we actually wouldn't really do. And after you get over it, you start thinking of things you look forward to, and you start wondering how you will be like when you grow up, you start planning a cool life ahead of you...

Please don't assume no one wants to help you because no one has answered yet, but a lot of SL's don't feel comfortable answering if they don't think they can help, and sometimes it just takes time for the right SL to log on and see it.
