We don't know which web host you have. But I'd say you'd get free support unless stated otherwise. Most hosts come with 24/7 tech support help these days.

Depends on them really. If it's a 1800 number- obviously it's free. Otherwise, you may end up paying long distance. If it's "free support", you shouldnt have to pay for the phone call.
But it really all depends... the best way to find out is to either email them about it or look through your service agreement about it.

well i havent picked one yet but im thinking more like bluehost or dreamhost, there pretty big so i would think there free but dont know.
on another note what does UNLIMITED EMAILS mean? does that mean the users on your site can email as much as they want or you can have as many regisitered users???
