ok my coach (whom i was very close 2) died in january. well a couple weeks ago i thought i heard him call out my name! then this week i thought i saw him 3 diffrent times! wtf is wrong with me!! scince he been gone i feel like my life isnt worth living!! i jus wanna die!!! ARRANTLY NONE GIVES A FUCK SO IM GONNA GO DIE NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry for your loss, and I can imagine how hard this must be on you.  

But, would your coach want you to do? I don't think he would. It's perfectly normal to feel sad after the death of someone you were close to.  

Perhaps you're wanting to see him and hear him, and you just imagine you did? That's normal, though. After the loss of someone dear to us, we grief in very different ways.

Just make sure you remember him and all the memories you have. Pick yourself up, and get on with your life the way it should be.

There is no reason for you to die, though. Death is something that we'll all go through, and we all have to work through it in our own ways. Taking your life is NEVER the solution, and I'm sure that there are plenty of people who care about you.  

If you are feeling suicidal, though, I recommend you call 1-800-784-2433 or 911.
