I've been creating a new website today, i'm trying to keep it as simple as i can, small sized images etc, although keeping it attractive and profesional. the website has been all hand coded by myself, and is valid is W3c compliant. It's unfinished by the way. although good enough to get to know peoples opinons.

• Your website looks too... professional for a graphics design firm. Here are some examples for a good online portfolio. And here are some more.
  
• You should probably make a favicon
  
• Flash headings tend to be annoying and take a long time to load. Stick to CSS/HTML animations
  
• The shadows in your headings are a bit overwhelming
  
• The tooltips in the nav bar are a bit annoying
