I work in the IT Department in my school and I have the head of the IT Department with 4 other people under him and I'm under those 4 people along with 5 other students. So Head of Department, My Supvisor, 3 other bosses and 5 other students. My supervisor and I are awesome. We get along really well and hes energetic and really nice. The other 2 are like good acquaintances as they are supervisors for the other 5 students that work for the IT. I have a problem with one of the higher ranked supervisor (who Isn't my supervisor).
Its like hes mad at me or something. You know how some people don't get along really well just because you don't like how they look or act? He gets annoyed by me because of what I do / my personality. He just doesn't get along with me. I'm cool with him and all.
Whenever my supervisor is not around he sends me through all this errands that doesn't make sense. He makes me do some IT Work that has already been done 30 minutes ago. He makes me run to the other side of campus to grab things. Hes just making things bad for me.
Whenever he walks in he doesn't even bother acknowledging me. I try to talk to him so he can get to know me better but he seems distant. How do I solve this problem? Anyone? Do i just avoid him? Stay cold? etc..? What?
