But in all seriousness, what does she do that bothers you so much? Have you tried talking to her? I know that suggestion sounds stupid, but I've found that when I dislike someone so strongly- the minute I give them a chance I can't remember why I didn't like them.
Sometimes, you spend so much time disliking someone for no founded reason that you dislike them for the sake of disliking them. I don't mean this in a negative way, it just happens. Try talking to her and see where that takes you.

Thanks, that is really good advice.  But unfortunately it has gone way past that point of return.  Suppose I'll just have to grin and bare it for the next two months.  I'm not happy about it.  

Rant and bitch because it will help, if there is nothing you can do about it now then you might as well just stick it out and wait. Before you leave, give your neighbor some of her own medicine because people like that should be aware of what they are doing wrong and should not be able to get away with it so easily.

Just think, soon you won't have to deal with her anymore. May seem like a long way away right now but it will come soon enough. You shouldn't have to make the rest of your time there an undying misery in the mean time though.
