Most girls get really sensitive after one orgasm and have to stop.  But don't give up if that's what happens to you--try not to completely stop, just change up the stimulation.  Give you clit a break, use a different technique, etc.

My ex could only have one orgasm with oral or fingering, but using a showerhead she could have several.  It just takes practice and exploration, which is also fun :)
