Best friends and boobs

Ok so me and my best friends have been bffs for 5 years. We've gotten in to arguements and fights. But lately they've been more serious. The biggest thing we've fought over is my boobs. She picks te fights not me. She's jealous of my "huge boobs" (36cs). She wears the same size bra as me but since she's large and I'm normal size mine look bigger. She claims I wear super low cut (even tho they're normal girl cut) shirts infront of her because I know she's self comscious about hers and I wana make her feel bad. A few weeks ago she started calling me a slut and a whore and she said I hope guys use me for my boobs. She even told me she wanted me to get breast reduction surgery. When I refused (cause 1 that's a lot of money and 2 why get rid of boobs?) she said that I should wear a tight sports bra overy normal one to make em look smaller.
I agreed to do this because she's my best friend I can't imagine my life with out her at all. I don't have many other options as friends and no one gets me like she does.
But I can't share everything with her. This boy I've been talking to for months now loves me. I can't tell her cause I know shell get mad and jealous and say. I'm trying to make her jealous.
She's done so much to hurt me and I've forgiven her for all of it and she's still saying I'm a horrible friend.
But, she has things wrong with her. She's depressed and off her meds, she has a horrible step dad who used to hit her older sister, her other sister hates her, and a lot of stiff. It's just a lot too explain but idk what to do. Any advice will be taken in to consideration. Thanks for reading this :/
