Well my boyfriend used to always lie about where he was and make stupid stories about his phone running out of battery. Well tonight, he was going out with friends, i said I'd call him when he was leaving. So i ring him and it rings and rings and rings. I think maybe he missed it, wait 10 minutes, try again and it's off and goes to voice mail. Now in any normal relationship i would think sure, it must have ran out of battery, but because he's done this before i reckon there's something suspicious going on... If he doesn't call me tonight, I'm going to be so annoyed!! I don't know what to do..why does he do this? Do you think it has ACTUALLY ran out of battery, coincidently at the same time?

First, you sound really fucking clingy. If he doesn't answer the first time you call, you wait for him to call back. He's your boyfriend, not your husband.
Second, if the phone goes straight to voicemail it's off, which it would be if the battery died. If it rings and goes to voicemail he's ignoring it or missed it. If it rings once or twice and then goes to voicemail, he's ignoring you.
Take a hint if this has happened before? Get off his dick and give him some space.
