There are a lot more I want to download, but I have to leave them out for lack of enough poll options. So you guys have these to choose from.

Which one?

i'd say halo, but if you download it, then you can't play it online, which is where all the fun stuff takes place. i'd say R6 or ghost recon, but those games suck on the PC... fear is pretty sweet though, get that

True. I think Battlefront might have the best singleplayer replay-ability, if my memory serves me correctly.

Really? I always assumed Battlefront was largely a multiplayer game.

I've actually read that the AI can be really terrible. :\

I have played all of the Rainbow Six games on PC except Lockdown, and have played some on consoles.  By far they are the best on PC.  GRAW is a tie between PC and consoles, PC version feels more tactical and realistic.  Ghost Recon classic should only be played on PC.

I have heard good about Beyond Good and Evil, I would try that.  If only I could manage to get around to playing it.

Right now I am in the process of acquiring Metro 2033 (ordered online if anyone important asks).  I hope it is good.

lolololllllllllllllllllll.

the vegas games were decent r6 games on console, but, they're still nothing like the original r6's(pc).

rainbow six and rogue spear are by far the best in the series. rogue spear was a true sequel of a game, and stepped it up biggggg time. so much fun playing co-op. r6 was a different game then. i concur, though. GR should only ever be played on PC. GRAW? console. I found the console iterations to be more tactical, funny enough.

metro 2033 looks neat. it looks pretty, but reminds me of STALKER, even with the creepiness/dark tunnels biz.

Of all these games, I'd go with Freedom Fighters.

WHY?

I've played all of these games,

Freedom Fighters is a gem of a game, and has pretty much a more original experience than most of those games. The production on it is awesome, especially the soundtrack. EPIC. JUST. EPIC.

After that, Beyond Good & Evil. This game has really the longest single player experience of all of the games mentioned. I never really gave it much of a chance until I was super bored and bought it on sale. This game is also epic. It's made by the same dude who made Rayman, so it's pretty atmosphericy/happy-ish like Rayman. It's pretty much Rayman on a wayyyyyyyyyyyyy bigger scale with a girl who wrecks face with a staff. If you dig adventure games, this is the one.

airborne was fun, but super short and just got really ridiculous in a bad way. not going to say anything, but you'll see.

Freedom Fighters is good; I know my brother loved it, I personally never really got into it. Completely agree with Airborne...

I decided to go with Prince of Persia: Sands of Time. I meant to put it in the poll, but totally forgot until after I made the topic. >.<

I'll probably go with Beyond Good & Evil next time around, though.
