Just because you are in a relationship with a guy, doesn't mean you and him have to speak every waking moment together. It's healthy for you and him NOT to spend time together as well as spending time together. You're in a relationship, yes. But you guys both still have friends and such, I assume. Maybe he wants to hang out with the guys for a while. I don't think you should really be annoyed if he can't hang out with you today.
