I'm not sure many adults are fit to make that decision. I think police officers on campus is a good idea, but I'm not sure I want a teacher walking around armed. Now if some kid brought a gun, loaded or not, I think they need to be arrested. I would imagine the kid is under 21, which is what I believe is the legal age to apply for a handgun license.

Not all adults are fit to make the decision, you are correct. I'm not suggesting we give all of the faculty firearms because that would be dangerous. However, there is a certain percentage of adults capable of safely handling and using firearms. I suggest we allow these individuals to protect students because the police force is ill-equipped to address the threat posed by students who choose to shoot up schools.

What exactly do you define as weak? Not jumping at the first chance someone gets to shoot someone? Good for you! There's a place where they like your kind of "strong," its called the army. As for me, I'm fit more of a place where they like "smart," its called a university.

You get an eerie feeling at the sight of a police man with a firearm. That is pretty weak. You are probably one of those people who gets uncomfortable at the site of animal slaughter but eats a hamburger without a second thought. Americans are weak because they are unable to deal with the realities of life. Death, pain, being uncomfortable... All of those things we are generally insulated from in this country. We don't know what real life is like because we are so rich. And honestly dude, I would be more lethal with a firearm than most people but I'm not in the army. I'm also in one of those university things. In fact I'm in a good university and I'm probably more capable than many of my classmates. If university had more of the strong I like and less of the pussy weak shit you like, we would be in much better shape.
