Awesome thread. I also like youtubedownloader. It has the capability to download and convert youtube videos to several different file formats eg MP3, MP4, WMV, Ipod video etc

Have one of the IDM softwares 5.18 or 5.19 installed on our PC.
Then you will get automatic options of downloading youtube videos while browsing.

Fastest way to download youtube video without going to other sites.
Replace "youtube.com" with "OKyoutube.com"
in the URL of youtube video that you are watching.
That is Just add two letters "OK" before
youtube.com in the URL and it will become
"Download link" for the video.
Hit enter, Download window will pop up right on your youtube page.
(without leaving youtube.com).
select Save video option from download window..Simple. Example:
Video Link =
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jiu_RVueGBs
Download Link =
http://www.OKyoutube.com/watch?v=Jiu_RVueGBs ________________
