About teacher recs. I thought that when the teacher signed on to do them, they were sent directly to the college. But my friend told me that the teacher recs go on your account and are sent when you turn in your whole application. Which is true?
for my common apps we had to print out the rec and hand it to the teacher who gives it to guidance and sends it out with our transcripts
