I was wondering if an employer would hire you as a supervisor or a manager even if you have never worked for the company before. Taking in mind that you have worked in the same type of workplace for more than 2 years overall, working in a supervisor position for part of that.

The ad says that you don't need experience and that training would be given...sooo

yeah, of course. if you have the right experience and other merits, you don't need to work your way up if they have that position available.
