If you want to study abroad, come to Estonia. It's way more exotic and less known than Spain, England, Germany, France and all the other places where most people go. You know, there actually IS a world outside those places. I'd say visit a place you know less about because Europe is not just the big countries in the west. Estonia is surrounded by other cool countries which makes it really easy and cheap to see other places. And I'd totally recommend my own uni for any international student. We have a great system for international students. Some group of enthusiasts organize events and you also get Estonian classes.
