k so my interpretation was....in life when you live it in the sense of impairment from drinking (not litteraly) but the attitude and behavior of one impaired then you should look at yourself and try to start 'sobbering up with water' and act properly and get yourself togther in life...
It means alchohol dehydrates you. Stop trying to find a deeper meaning in everything.
