I figured I did mess something up but only because water was everywhere and I decided to leave with my friend and we would of got away; but this other girl we were with lagged behind and got caught by the owner who was like "the toilet is broken and shattered; give me your information you owe me 200 for the toilet and i want it wednesday or im pressing charges"...

anyways... he said she said and now and I'm the one at fault right now and they want the money by tomorrow... but if they didnt call the police then and there isnt that wrong on their part?  plus they have NO proof I did anything at all.
