A lot of my friends have applied to colleges already (in-state). I'm applying out of state and the deadline is different. Nonetheless, do you think I have put off it for long enough and I should begin applying soon?
*Note I'm applying to colleges in Oregon & California.

Just get in applications before each school closes it. It is best to do it earlier rather then later too, so just get it in as soon as possible
