When I was 12 (and not even fully aware of sex) he was nervous and said something along these lines.

"Sam, when you start having sex, use condoms. I don't like to, and if the girl would let me , I wouldn't, but don't be that girl."

My friend and friends mom was over and took that as him saying, "Don't be the girl to have sex with me when I' not wearing a condom."

 I'm glad I don't have to go through sex talks with my parents anymore.

I never got a sex talk, sex ed covered that for me.
It's probably a good thing I don't plan on having kids, as I would probably try explaining sex extremely early.
