You know before you get a really bad pimple or something the spot is like a bruise for a week or two then turns nasty? Is there anything I can do to get rid of it while it's just a red sore spot....I know what its going to turn into and I'd rather it not...

Just washing my face doesn't get rid of it, although I still do lmao.

It's a manifesting infection in the making, you should treat it as such.

Some topical antibiotics or steroids might take care of it before it turns into a pimple.

You should cleanse, tone and moisturise every evening before because and deep cleansing face scrub once or twice a week.
That  should help reduce spots and keep your skin healthy.
