If something is built into the game that is AO then the game will be AO regardless if it's skippable or not.
It's more because people would get even pissier about it than they already are.

And Spice, a rating of M from the ESRB here in America is only for those purchasing, and it is 17 years of age.  To the best of my knowledge there have not been any laws passed that prevent younger people from playing.  It only forces parents/older siblings/friends to act as a purchasing proxy.

I'm aware, I've worked in a games store. But, it's intended for an adult audience, which was my point.

Under 18s only need parental permission. They just can't purchase.

No, the ESRB is VERY strict. If they were going to give the game AO, the mission would be ommited altogether. You know the hot coffee mod for GTA San Andreas? That earned the game an AO rating and it was just a hidden thing. It's allowed to skip for sensitive fucktards.
