There's this girl in my seminar for sociology. I'm a second year, she's a first year. We're in the same group. Well at first I thought she didn't like me, she has a strong personality. She ignored me on the bus into uni one day so I just followed suit.

It was only at the last seminar a week ago that I thought 'She's pretty hot', then I noticed she kept flashing looks at me during it. I saw her while I was in the city a couple of days afterwards - she was sitting in a cafe with some friends. She smiled and waved and I waved back.

Today she looked at me every time I looked at her and started teasing me and asking me questions?

I'd like to ask her for a drink at the student bar, but I don't see her often and I am a little scared of her.

Try to make more conversation with her on the bus or in class. Then you'll decide whether or not you want to ask her and when the right time is.

You have nothing to lose. If she says no, then at least you will know and quit wondering "what if"... and even if she says no, there wont be a loss.
