my sister has been in a nasty custody battle with her ex for almost five months now.. her ex wants full custody of their 1 year old.. his grounds for requesting full custody was that my sister is an unfit mother.. and he tried to prove that by saying that she was on drugs... which she wasn't. so they went to court, and they were BOTH ordered to get tested.. my sister's came back completely clean.. he took several days to turn his back in to his lawyer.. who then faxed a copy to my sister's lawyer. my sister's lawyer told her today that something looks "off" with his results. the lawyer said it doesn't look like any test results he's ever seen.. and thinks they may have been doctored.... what do you all think will happen to my sister's ex if he falsifyed his test results? i mean.. that's falsifying an official document AND contempt of court.. just curious..

obviously.. i mean, do you think there might be some jail time involved.. or anything. i'm just curious because this guy has made my sister's life a living hell since she found out she was pregnant..

He probably wont get custody, and he'll probably be fined, but I doubt he'd go to jail. If he did do that though, she can probably not only get full custody but not legally have to give him visitation rights either.
