at forest fair(during the summer). me and my boyfriend went into a head shop booth and there were these lil kids(like 12-13) just beiing idiots...like one boy was like can i get that weed lighter (zepo) his like im gonna smoke weed with this....when you cant smoke weed with a zepo..i wouldnt atleast... but i mean its retared.. theyre sitting there stairing at all the adult toys and pipes and bongs wanting to buy them. but the guy wouldnt sell it to them of course...ya i know what you mean dude its fucked up
