because other members misconduct is none of your business?
What do you have to hide? If that was the case how come on banned members profiles there is a reason? If that was the case that shouldn't be there.
once a member has been denied service they loose some of their rights to privacy. as long as they are a member though we respect that their misconduct is between them and the moderators, and no no one else.

I don't care about the behind the scenes rubish. The guidelines I've read, translated, and experienced is my only concern. When a member keeps constantly harassing another they get info warned. Continued persistence, they get formally warned. They keep at it, they get banned. What am I missing?
context, conversations we have had with the member, moderator discussion over the appropriate action, past history of the member, between the members in question.

Not true, I made a topic awhile ago making fun of a member who got banned and it was deleted "aim to attack" I asked why and the mod said "even tho they are banned they are still a member of the lw community. Post edited at 2:29 pm on Nov. 10, 2009 by Slim Shady
